Soulinsouk Hotel sits on Makkhasavanh Road in Sunantha Village, just a few minutes from the centre of Savannakhet — the laid-back riverside capital of southern Laos. The hotel is instantly recognisable for its exuberant garden of elephant and animal sculptures, a much-loved local landmark that guests photograph again and again.

What is this app?
It is the hotel's system for rooms, bookings, guests, payments and housekeeping — all in one place, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Do I need the internet?
No. It works fully offline. You only need internet the first time you open the link.
How do I log in?
Tap your name, then type your personal PIN. Each staff member has their own PIN — please keep it private and never share it.
I forgot my PIN.
Ask the manager (Admin) to open your staff card and set a new PIN.
Is guest data safe?
Yes. It is stored on the device, behind a PIN, and is not sent anywhere. See the Privacy & GDPR page.
Can two phones share the same data?
Not yet. Today each device keeps its own data (offline). A shared cloud so everyone sees the same data live is the next step.
How many rooms are there?
53 rooms, shown as simple numbers 1–53. The Admin can rename a room number any time.
How do I save a backup?
Open Backup → Export. Do this often and keep the file safe. Import loads it back.
Which languages does it support?
11 languages. Tap the flag at the top to change language, including Lao, Thai and English.
Who owns the app and who made it?
It is owned by Soulinsouk Hotel (Savannakhet) and Ms. Chanthong Inthavong. It was developed by NOX Universe / VisaLine Inc. (USA) / Attila Koch.
Data Controller. Soulinsouk Hotel (Savannakhet, Lao PDR), represented by Ms. Chanthong Inthavong, decides how guest data is used and is responsible for it.
What data we keep. Guest name, passport / ID number, nationality, phone, email, address, a photo of the passport and of the guest (optional), booking dates, room, prices and payments, and any room notes you add.
Why we keep it (legal basis). To provide the room and the stay you booked (contract), to meet hotel guest-registration and accounting duties required by law (legal obligation), and to run the hotel well (legitimate interest).
Where it is stored. All data stays on the hotel's own device, offline. The app does not send guest data to any outside server, and does not sell or share it. Backups are made and kept by the hotel only.
How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the stay and for the accounting and legal periods required by law. After that it is deleted.
Sharing. Guest data is never sold. It is shared only when the law requires it (for example, with the authorities).
Your rights (GDPR). Guests can ask to see their data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy. To use these rights, please contact the hotel reception or Ms. Chanthong Inthavong.
Security. Access to the app is protected by a personal PIN. Staff must keep all guest data confidential.
Developer note. The app was developed by NOX Universe / VisaLine Inc. (USA) / Attila Koch. Because the data is stored offline on the hotel's device, the developer has no access to guest data.
